NHL Power Poll

Post by EREmpireStrikesBack »

Just wondering everyone's thoughts on who is at the top entering this year. With the big shakeups, I don't even know who's where.
Elk River AA State Champions- 2001 Boys & 2004 Girls

I'd say that Minnesota is a top 10 team.

Minnesota isn't even a Top 20 team. Look out for Pittsburgh, Chicago and possibly pheonix. The garbage teams of the recent past.

I'd agree pittsburg looks to be strong, I doubt phoenix will contend for anything and don't forget about Tampa Bay. Minnesota is a top 20 team.
The Iceman

Pittsburgh is really looking strong allright. Their only bright spot is crosby and even he can't make up for their 1 win in 8 games start.

Ottawa is obviously now ON TOP. I like the Flyers but who going to stop the Senators?

The Sens are most definitely the best team in the NHL so far. They are the complete package, but I don't know if they can go the distance since they have the oldest goalie in the NHL as their starter.
