Too bad for Willmar. Lost a good coach. They just can't seem to get it going?

I think it sunk in that they simply don't get the talent. On the rare occasion they do, it's scooped by a private.

Big, successful associations can withstand the pilfering by privates. It KILLS smaller associations/ high schools.

Spare me........

This is America (I think) and I can send my kid to any school I want. Private schools do NOT kill smaller teams...(LuVerne, New Prague, Roseau, etc...) Lack of people that want to live there does. There are schools around the metro that have always, and will always struggle to compete. So what...if you don't like where you live or the team your kid plays on...move. Or just keep whining about your crummy situation on a blog.

Ya just think how good Roseau would be without the private school in town taking all their kids.

WHA?
Whiny blog?
My crummy situation?

Is this how you talk to people in real life?

If you can't understand that an association like Edina can lose talented players to Benilde, etc. and carry on without a hiccup, but a program like Coon Rapids can't I don't know what to say to you.

Ummm....I think that was a joke. ILTG was having fun at the expense of the previous poster. Lets back it up and explain the joke...lets start by having you name the private school in Roseau.

Or even better, let's start by having ILTG explain it, since ya know, he's the one who actually said it

For that matter, which "previous poster" are you meaning ?

There are several after all............

Thanks ILTG.

But I stand by my apples(metro) to oranges(roseau) comment, regarding the issue of transferring/leaving players.
