Congrats to all the girls. Don't know everyone on the list but those I do know are all quality hockey players. I know there are some not on the list that are very good as well but with a limited number of spots not everyone that is deserving is going to make it. I think the fact that there are some really good players that did not make it says more positive about the depth and quality of the players than it does negative about the process.

Yes, USA Hockey will announce the goaltenders at a later date. All are at-large bids at the 16s and 17s level. Minnesota ended up with two 17s and three 16s last year.MinnGirlsHockey wrote:No goaltenders this year? Or will that be announced later?
If last year is an indicator, there is also a good chance a few more skaters will get at-large invitations. In 2012, Minnesota ended up with an additional 6 at the 17s and 4 at the 16s. Also, 19 of our 21 16s ended up in one of the two National Camp all-star games.
