The baby Jags have a good goalie who usually keeps most games close. They have 3 very high end players, some decent muckers and a soft spot or two on the third line. A typical 15-20 ranked team. On a good day they can beat a team like CC, PL and Edina Green. On a bad day they can lose to anyone ranked 20-40.

I think they win, but like a 4-2 type game. But won't be surprised if the Rangers pull an upset. I'd like the Rangers chances better if they had 2-3 girls from their U10A team. Wow, those girls are good. I saw them Monday night vs. Highland. (tongue in cheek for those sensitive types) Order your tickets now for state berth in 2020 Forest Lake girls!

This tourny has teams from all over. AAA included. [Dallas Stars] Why is this allowed and not other games w/these club teams ?

Must be new. Last time I checked you couldn't even take a team registered "AA".
Be kind. Rewind.

I don't think Minnesota teams should complain about playing AA association teams from around the country and Canada who are limited to playing 2002 birth year kids.

AAA teams, have at it, but in reality at the squirt level these teams are drawing from their local market so that argument isn't going to hold much water with me either.

I predict an all MN Final 8 in the A bracket.

best tournament. ton of fun. cannot wait to do it again with youngest. this is as good as it gets so don't ruin it by worrying about stuff that really doesn't matter.

Not worried, just curious. While putting together our squirt thanksgiving tourny I looked into getting some of the same teams and was told no. I found out this morn that it is a D2 rule. Not mn hockey. Go figure, I guess they have nothing better to do. Like looking for stolen $$
