New #1 at PWB and of course a few new visitors at all levels. North Metro teams did well this week as well as that association that eats cake.

Kinda weird that Edina BAA is ranked first, but is in a three way tie for third in D6.

The d6 schedule is a 12 game window of a team's rank. Our staff ranking is a whole season, whole state approach.

Despite their loss to PL, we thought by beating Wayzata in the Moose was impressive enough to keep them #1.

Not really. District 6 is the strongest league in the country. It'd be like the 5th place team in the Pac 10 winning the NCAA basketball championship in 1997.
Be kind. Rewind.

Or it'd be like the Gophers hockey team being #1 in the poll despite not leading the WCHA.
Be kind. Rewind.
