BJ v DE

Extremely physical game that featured some good chances for both teams. Unfortunately, Jefferson again did not show the offensive teamwork they're capable of, and had to scratch & claw their way through the entire game. McLean and Turnbull teamed up for a shorthanded goal in the second period off a Jefferson PP breakdown, with McLean basically bringing it all the way down and roofing a backhander past Lee from in close. Levine tied it up with about a minute left in the third from LaBombard (I believe) on an incredible individual effort, took a pass at the DE blue with a defender all over him and got to the goal, scoring off a great deke and topshelf off the backhand. Not sure what the shots were.

OT was fairly uneventful for opportunities. In the shootout, DE goes first, LaBombard and Levine scored to match two from DE in the first 4 of 5 shots, DE missed their fifth, Shupe iced it on the Jags' fifth.

I believe the game went to OT with no winner.
Jefferson advances in the tourney by virtue of winning the shootout.
