I think the final announcement will be made along with bantam AA and region state hosts. Other particulars will also be announced (perhaps voted on, if anything unusual has crept forward).Deep Breath wrote:Do you suspect the breakdown of the 42 PWAA teams into regions will be on the agenda or has that breakdown already been decided? Thanks.

totally agree that it is also school based now that people have the option to waive out for school reasons.InigoMontoya wrote:Minnesota Hockey is not only community based, it's also school based. You play for the community based team where the school you selected is located.Minnesota Hockey is not only community based, it's also school based.
There's community based youth hockey and then there's high school hockey. There is no binding connection between the two. Two different roles and functions with a line that shouldn't be blurred. And certainly shouldn't be blurred by the governing body that oversees community based youth hockey associations of which all in the State are.
Except for Shattuck...Community Based wrote:You play for the community based team where the school you selected is located.Minnesota Hockey is not only community based, it's also school based.

Don't count on it. Deadline for those who are petitioning to opt down to A or up to AA is October 6. At least in District 3.
