The seminar went great! I will be hosting another one this upcoming Saturday at the Bloomington Ice Gardens.

Everyone on the forum who missed last Saturday should consider coming to this upcoming one!

Seminar Information

Where: Bloomington Ice Gardens
Day: Saturday, March 24th
Time: 1030-1130am with a Q and A to follow

This seminar is being hosted by the Kennedy Hockey Youth Association.

My son has trained with Josh. Josh helped him tremendously with strength, weight gain, and maybe most important, attitude and leadership. Feel free to PM.

I should add that Josh is an all around outstanding young man in every sense of the word.
