YHH Squirt Coverage this weekend

Post by YouthHockeyHub »

Here are two preview, prediction and live blogs segments we did for this weekend's WBL SQA and SQB tourneys.

The PeeWee and Bantams seem to cooling off prior to the District, Region, and State runs coming up.

They are all there, you scared me snap that the scores got deleted somehow. I talk to the tourney director every two hours and post (sometimes the scores are fresh like hot cookies out of the oven and sometime they are off by an hour or so). last night I posted them at 6, 8, and just after 10 when the WB/Moorhead game ended.

The Results are slotted inside the Pool Predictions section.

Here's a sample:

A Pool: Edina, Champlin Park, Lakeville North, and Superior (WI)
Besides the fact that Edina will win this pool, this is a nice pool. Lakeville North is playing it’s best hockey, finishing second in Grand Rapids and beating some tough teams in the best district for Squirt A, District 8. Superior has beaten YHH top 10 teams and is probably pointing toward Saturday morning as their chance to beat the Hornets. Champlin with a second place finish in Rochester to Rochester, looks to be the spoiler.

Predicted pool winner: Edina

Results: Edina > Champlin Park (8-1), Superior > Lakeville North (5-1),
