Why did he transfer so late in the season? Will he be eligible?

Congrats to him! I remember the announcers saying at last year's state tourney that he has about a 4.0 gpa at school, so his choice in colleges isn't that surprising. He'll be a great player for the Tigers!

They are getting an excellent 2-way player who will continue to improve. In my mind one of the, if not the most complete HS hockey players in MN this yr.
