Associations question
Do all high schools have pee wee, bantams. Is there a place to get a list of all pee wee and bantam teams? Do private schools have pee wee.Please help a fan understand
High schools do not have bantam and peewee teams (youth teams as defined by USAH).
The exception is Shattuck-St Marys, a private school. They have a limited affiliation agreement with Minnesota Hockey.
All local associations are community based with boundaries described by their affiliate agreement. Some (not all) are described by school district boundaries, but are not affiliated with a school district.
If you look at the MH handbook on their website you will get an idea of how it works.
If you are just fishing to get a discussion about private schools not having youth teams, then Lee or Mitch can take care of you.
