Data entry training tips and instructions should be available right on the site. Sounds like a lot of frustration. I prefer last season's simpler interface. My guess is they want the fancy expanded stats for their larger league customers and are testing it on the two MN HS Hubs.

Or, the MN Coaches Association should provide someone to help their members with entry. If there are gliches in the TST/Ngin software then they should provide assistance. The Boys Hub seem to have it a little better but they've been doing it longer and there's often more importance placed on the boys results. More dedicated volunteers.

Well I've come to use the site frequently and depend on it for the latest info...so I hope bugs are worked out at some point and information can be trusted.

From another topic.
The Hub has yet to show ANY score for this game (MV vs. CDH), two and a half days after it was played!
Why can't there be some Hockey Hub posting guidelines instructions somewhere? And, if they were sent to the coaches why aren't they being followed? And, why can't the mistakes be corrected?

A few points to be answered by the person in charge of how they want the stats posted.

Some teams are entering entire rosters of 30 players. I believe the onely players listed should be suited for the varsity game. Some tesams show 4 goalies. If a player is listed it will show in their game count and it shouldn't. Minnetonka seems to be the best I've seen at entering them correctly. 13 players dressed and 13 on the roster.

Hockey Hub is an amazing site we didn't have just 2 years ago but coaches and volunteers need to do it correct and if not the first time fix it.

Haven't checked in awhile, has there been any improvement in Strib Hubs statistics accuracy and or current / updated status as the season has progressed?

I think much of this has been worked out. I'll let the other weigh in that are more hands-on with use of the stats portion of the site.

I think a lot of it has been corrected, but I still see a lot of strange "MIN" (minutes played) stats for goalies - still see several 68-minute games - which messes up their GAA calculation. Other than that and the fact that almost every skater's SOG % is 0% or 100% (due to the fact that most teams don't input SOG for individual players), I think things are looking pretty good overall. Maybe I'm stubborn but I still prefer the old format, though.

While final score of yesterday's Wayzata/EP game is correct, the scoring is not. Game was tied 1-1 at end of regulation. Peluso's goal came early in the OT. Not sure if it's a problem with inputting info or the system itself, but I too prefer the old format.

Lot of scores & stats from the Eden Prairie holiday tournament are missing from the Hub.
