Are the LPH Girls HS Rankers from Lakeville?

I would like to know, who does these rankings? Where are they from? The reason for my post title is, as you can see below Lakeville South is 10th and North is 12th. Between the two of them, they have played 10 combined gamed, of which they have a combined 5 wins. The KRACH ranking have them 14th and 19th. Not really worthy of where they sit. Maybe someone is ranking the coach?

Not from Lakeville but I watched Lakeville South play a very young but talented North Wright County team (Dani Sibley, Kaleigh Hamann) and I was impressed with LS. Maybe LS played the best game of their young season but I thought they looked like a team that would be playing at the Xcel at the end of the season.

Blaine is undefeated and beat Anoka, but 3 spots below them. Irondale is way too far down the list, but as we know, rankings this early mean squat.
