elliot70, did Bemidji lift last summer at the Body Barn in Nebish? When I was there last Jan./Feb. I worked out there and heard Bemidji was supposed to work out there. I would be glad to see the team of the town I was born in make some noise in 8AA. BTW, do you know about the Body Barn in Nebish? Sometimes it's scary driving around those parts. <p></p><i></i>

I know of a place up on Co Rd 15 - must be the same place.<br><br>Most of the Bemidji kids lifted in the summer weight program they have at the school and then again in the fall. Not sure if any were up north.<br><br>But most of the team is young and still amking that change from boys to young men.<br><br>I don't think they can upset Roseau or Moorhead, but I think they can make it to the semis and then give somebody a good run. And if you make it to the finals and have a hot goalie (which they could have in either Thompson or Goldberg) - who knows - stranger things have happened. <p></p><i></i>
