Very competitive tourney starting today...Couple Minnesota girls are playing on a team. One of the teams has 6/7 Olympians and other teams are loaded with tons of talent....Anyone have insights or opinions?

I saw two rosters that were what I'd call seriously loaded. One was literally Team Wisconsin. The other had many former UMD and various other Olympians. I'd have to look again at rosters but I think Duggan was not on the Team Wisconsin roster...but a different team.

My money would be on the team comprised largely of NCAA champion UW players. Lawler, Knight and Decker...scary!

Here's a link to rosters. I stand corrected on Ms. Duggan. She is playing on the primarily UW team. You're right...tons of great players in the tournament. That "Sexy Back" team is awesome as well.

Yeah...The Misfits played the cHEILI CHIICKS yesterday and were a bit in awe, but they played hard and tried to stay with them...from what I hear their PP is unba...

I am rooting for the misfits... (surprise) Bunch of incoming freshman to the Orange and couple sophomores. The goalie from Union (Lundberg) is playing extremely well for them. I also heard that the goalie from Providence is lights out good.......Geneveive LaCasse

I've read that this team took the marbles in an OT thriller. Someone mentioned the final was like a replay of the last NCAA title game. I guess they're meaning was the other finalist was heavy with BU players.

We took a team of 1998s out and the talent from top to bottom was excellent. What a treat to watch great young players battle and then stroll from rink 3 to rink 1 to watch Olympians and NCAA champs tear it up. Great experience.
