This might be the first year in a while were Mn doesn't have a player go in the 1st round? Why has Wilcox's stock dropped?

This list doesn't include international players I don't believe.

I think as we get closer to the draft, we will see more Minny kids stock begin to rise. A couple may still go in the 1st round yet.

when are you all gonna learn. MSP highscholl is not the hotbed to the NHL. AAA midget teams would kill our 22 game varsity best teams. If you did not get a chance to watch the nhl channel and the merioal cup, you would learn that these kids who go away home 15 GIVE YOUR SON A NO CHANCE.

Nick Leddy sure had no chance. You could say the same for Oshie. Some stay, some leave. Either way, sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.

Also, Shattuck, consistently one of the top 3 AAA teams doesn't kill the MN teams it plays. If you give me my pick, I'll take Edina, EP, Wayzata and Tonka all over Shattuck and that is only one conference.

It all depends on the year rufus. No AAA midget team would kill our top five, or Hill.

Looks like you should of stayed in "highscholl" a little longer.

Wait a minute.....if SSM just won the National championship in AAA and team southeast beat them two out of three this fall, while they would likely be the best HS team out there, at least a few teams would give them a game.

Why would Souix Falls trade Mario to Des Moines? Could there be a falling out between Hartzell and Lucia?

I thought Kevin Hartzell ran the show? What does Sarner have to do with Lucia?

Sarner is the director of player personnel. He was one of the vocal critics of Lucia after the season.

Could this be why the Reilly brothers will be playing in Penticton?

Haven't heard that about Sarner. Who were some of the other critics? On the other hand, have any alumni or Lucia"s former players come out in support of him?

Some mock drafts have Ambroz as high as 14 in the first round.... For what that's worth. He's also been named in the top 5 for most NHL ready at 6'3+ 210+.

What the heck happened? There were 6 Minnesotans drafted ahead of him, as he wasn't taken until No. 128.

what happened to McNeely from the USNDP?

5th rated goalie in North America and goes undrafted?

22 goalies went and not him.

Anyone with insight?
