New Programs in the Near Future?

Does anyone know of new programs that will be starting in the next few years? I'm sure they don't start over night, so someone would have to know something; private school without a team getting out, co-op breaking up because of increased numbers, or a public school growing and starting one?

What does it take to start a program logistically? When you require equipment and ice that many places do not have themselves, it should be a huge decision.

The Sibley Generals Junior Gold and additional Bantam teams since schools should not be allowed to sponsor them. Only youth associations sponsor youth and junior gold teams.
