Sections need to be re-done

I think the sections in AA need to be drastically re-done. Placing 4 of the top 8 teams in one sectio creates a mini state tournament , where other sections are pretty much walkthroughs. Please discuss how you feel either way.

Well since you brought it up, some of your section posters whine about it a little too much and it gets old hearing it.

This year Wayzata does not have much bragging rights getting 2 shots at Moorhead and losing both of them. Second time around with a very thin Moorhead line up. From that perspective the ranting gets tiresome.

BSM is overrated BIG TIME....end of story and this why they are out of it. So the team and the fifteen fans can come on here and talk about mini state tournaments all they want while the rest of the teams that have defense and goalteniding play on. The BSM loss proves one thing week defesively and average goaltending but the media darlings love 'em so be it.

I do really respect and like Minnetonka and Eden Prairie because by and large they do not come on this board and whine about all the injustice, just get out an play the game.

You got my vote moving BSM out of 6AA to the all private school section that makes sense.


Heres to hoping EP puts the Wayzata team in running time this week.

If not I hope Maple Grove, Lakeville South, East, Rapids or Bemidji, Moorhead draws Wayzata out of the gate at state. That way the overlooked team gets the so called surprise victory. That is what makes the state hockey tournament great!!

BSM won that game 6-5 against wayzata, let's be real.
when you watch the video, you can clearly see 3 goals disallowed that were fair goals. however, you are also making it seem as if I am from BSM, wrong. However they are far from overrated. So basically I am not whining like you think I am, as I am not from BSM. I am just trying to talk about the sections, good call picking a fight with a high schooler though...

Secret Agent Man tried to pick up a stream of the Wayzata-BSM game and there was none. Listened on MSBN instead. So where is this video on the Internet that we can watch? Secret Agent Man's guess is both Wayzata and BSM filmed the game for their purposes....so how did you get your hands on that video? Can you provide us a link?

My god you BSM guys are the worst. Minnscout, minnpuck, and you need to just take the summer off. Wayzata is clearly the better team.

Secret Agent Man reviewed the three goals in question. Inconclusive from his view on the video except for the high stick that appeared up near the shoulders on replay, but the announcers, who were dealing with a higher resolution picture on site said that the refs got all three calls correct.

Can we move on now without whining? Great game by Wayzata and EP last night and congrats to EP
