BSM--Steinhauser hurt

Post by HSHockeyPurist »

Steinhauser took a good pop in the 1st period (but not before scoring a goal) and didn't return to the game. Anyone know what his status is? BSM absolutely dominated a listless and discombobulated Stillwater team (definitely not peaking come playoff time), but would imagine they would be hurt without his services come section semifinal and final games. He came out to try and skate and went back to the bench, but thinking maybe he or coaches decided to sit the rest of the game knowing they wouldn't need him.

Hes a huge loss for Benilde, they need him healthy if their going to have any chance at knocking off EP, Wayzata or Tonka.

Well I definitely meant that it would be devastating for Benilde! I am always going to support someone with an injury though, mostly because of karma. I never like seeing kids get hurt playing the game they love, so yes, I hope he is ok.

Karma... Ok, my name is Earl.

But you're right, I was just screwing around.

Best of luck to Steinhauser; we all hope his injury is not serious.

True, that would be a heart breaker for him and his team.

Great player and a dedicated student athlete. I sure hope the injury doesn't prevent him from finishing his great highschool career.
