WCHA Jerseys

Post by Stiff-Shaft »

Is there a place that a person can see each teams jerseys throughout their exsistence? I would like to start collecting what I think is the coolest looking jersey from each WCHA team. I cant find anywhere and even the schools websites doesn't show a picture of all their jerseys.. Any ideas.

That sounds really interesting and cool; I wouldn't mind seeing some of them as well. The difficult part is I am not sure anyone has ever put together all of these jerseys to show on the internet or a museum. The one way I can think of is calling all of the school's athletic departments and requesting a list of pictures of their jerseys used throughout their hockey program. Maybe you can start there. There are also hockey jersey "gurus" you may stubble upon to help but who knows where to find those? Maybe some sports shops (ones that focus on hockey) can lead you in the right direction? That's the most I can think of. Search the internet to try to get some hits and maybe someone else on this forum can help. I can only think of these ideas; I do hope they help.

Good luck on your search!

Just go buy a FIGHTING SIOUX jersey and call it good. Nothing else even comes close. {enough said}

Try collegehockeystore.com. I purchase a number of things from that site.

This is by no means a comprehensive listing (and they aren't all for sale), but you can at least see several styles that have been worn over the years:

That's the best I have seen so far. I slightly remember about 4-5 years back finding something on the NCAA website as well showing all jerseys, but I cannot find it now. It would be nice if each college would put something on their websites to show the jersey history of each team. It is neat to see the different styles.
