Is your Team Improving?

Just out of Curiousity a mid year report card. Is your Team Improving? if not Why? What could be done differnet. Not looking for NAME of Team - no one needs to know that - just a general question with a general answers as to what has lead to the success or "not so success" of your teams.

Yes, team play has improved.
- puck movement
- ice vision
- first years gaining more and more confidence

Not so much, :evil:

- kids would not pass still do not pass; skate with head down still do the same. (2nd year squirt, so do not change checking rule!)
- no win over quality teams.
