Bantam B1 Ranking

Post by Night Train »

Here's the current LPH Rankings.

Bantam B1

1 EDINA WHITE
2 OMGHA Crimson
3 Edina Green
4 Minnetonka
5 Wayzata Blue
6 Woodbury Black
7 Eden Prairie
8 Blaine Blue
9 Elk River Black
10 New Prague
11 OMGHA Black
12 Chisago Lakes
13 Stillwater Red
14 Burnsville
15 OMGHA Orange
16 Mounds View
17 Centennial Red
18 Irondale
19 Wayzata Gold
20 Roseville

Unless the rankers aren't paying attention St. Louis Park should appear in the top 20 now. Wins over #4 Minnetonka, #8 Blaine Blue, #14 Burnsville, and a tie with #7 EP.

I would have to say those are nice wins. What teams have you lost to or tied that would keep you from being in the top 20 could be the other question you need to ask

Maybe ask #8 Blaine Blue about their losses as they're now 0-2 vs. St. Louis Park BB1.

Our team (St Louis Park BB1) struggled in our first 3 league games against Wayzata Blue, OMG Orange, and Mound Westonka. So our league record is not good (2-3). On the other hand we have beat Minnetonka (they were missing some players) Burnsville, Blaine Blue (twice), and tied Eden Prairie. I think Mound Westonka should be ranked, best goalie we have seen all year. I like our chances, when we step on the ice. That fact that LPH is not giving us any love right now is not a big deal. In the whole big scheme of things, we will have to beat some really solid teams if we want to make it out of our district and go to regions. But, we still have plenty of hockey between now and then to improve.

The only reason you beat Tonka is because half of their team was missing! I wouldn't be bragging about that...

Hockeymom44 (or should I say MinnetonkaMom44) are you blind? He clearly mentioned that Minnetonka was missing players.

Hockeymom44, I agree you were missing a few players (not half your team), but we can only play the team that was put in front of us. I was not bragging, I clearly stated Minnetonka was missing players. Minnetonka is a very skilled BB1 team, and hopefully we will get the opportunity to play again when you have your entire squad available.

In the event anyone is giving d-bag pucks comments any credibility, go watch the #1 team in high school hockey, the Eden Prairie Eagles, because all but 5 of the boys on the VARSITY roster, played Bantam B1 hockey.
