Just looking for some 2011 summer training options.
Would love to find a personal trainer that specializes in training hockey players. Agility, footspeed, weight training. Any good ones out there?

1st Athlete/1st Hockey has a great summer training program that alot of guys have/are signing up for. Brand new state of the art facility in Edina. Haven't seen it but heard from others it is first class. Plus Kevin Ziegler is behind it so it will be good.mnhockeybum wrote:Just looking for some 2011 summer training options.

Ziegler was at Velocity but they let him go because he did not want to be on a schedule or work more then once a week. I don't see how things will be any different at this new place for him. My son's team was there on a free session and a bunch of interns (young guys) are working there. You might want to ask if he is even training guys eventhough he has his name on it.
