Looking for a couple forwards

Post by roundhead »

We are looking for 1-2, 98 Invite Level forwards to substitute for a couple of our regular skaters who can't make it to a Tournament. If interested PM me and I will share the rest of the information.

Update 8/2/10

Post by roundhead »

Have a spot left for evaluation. If you are an Invite level 98 and would like to play at the Easton in two weeks, come skate with us this weekend and see if it's a fit. PM me for more information.

I heard this means coming down to Albert Lea to skate Sat twice and then Sunday..........If your looking for invited level players, do you really need to have a tryout?

Absolutely. The evaluation requires certain on AND off ice characteristics to be met before you would be asked to join the team.

Seems like a lot to put a 12 year old through, when you're looking for help for one tournament because you're short of numbers. Is there a parent interview, as well? How much weight are you putting on the MMPI?

Really? Verifying they have the proper skill set for this level, making sure they WANT to be Coached by a Professional Coach, being certian that they are willing to work as a team, and not interested in being a lockerroom, or public disruption is asking too much? Hmmm.

Never stated that this was for only one Tournament. Parents have direct access to the General Manager via personal Cell Phone. Parents are not allowed to talk to the Coaching Staff regarding any Hockey matters. Personal conversation with the Coach's is Welcomed. All of these skaters were pre-scouted and invited to a Closed tryout because they were perceived to have these qualities. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate(s)

Why the problem with mom having a 12 yr old ? She could be 30 and in her prime.

She COULD be 45 and smokin' hot. Not out of the realm of possibility from experience. Just sayin.....

Oh, I've seen them around the rink......there ARE women in their 30's and 40's who I would most definitely categorize as "smokin' hot".
