Forest Lake, Cretin, White Bear and maybe Woodbury again.kingklick087 wrote:Who will be contenders next year?
^ With great sadness and anger I say to you, as many other forum members have said before me, Woodbury is going to be pretty rough next season and probably another year after that at least. District 833 completely hosed Woodbury's chances for sustained success in hockey as well as its chance to become an elite public East Metro counterpart to the public West Metro monstrosity high schools of Eden Prairie, etc. The only players that will keep Woodbury in contention this year will be Pederson, Turner, and its goalies Bergherr and Moore. Myers-Beck will probably be quite good as well.
I still hope (based on fiscal principle) that East Ridge goes the way of Edina West. What a waste of money this school was!!! And now the district projects that none of the high schools in the district will meet their enrollment projections for the 2010-2011 school year, but that's old news to some by now. :End of Rant:

Re: SEC
East Ridge should be up there next year. You have to remember, they got all most all of Woodbury's JV from last year. Now have a year of varsity play under their belt. The question is can they consistently play game in game out.StayAtHomeD wrote:Forest Lake, Cretin, White Bear and maybe Woodbury again.kingklick087 wrote:Who will be contenders next year?
