2010 CARIBOU COFFEE AAA HOCKEY CLASSIC

Levels are filling up fast - if you are interested in playing tournament details and online team registration can be found at www.mnicemen.com and click on Caribou Coffee Tourney tab.

Tournament dates are August 26-29.

Participating programs include but not limited to:

Reebok Nationals, Omaha Tropics, MN Blades, Passion Hockey, Northern Wings, Machine, Wisconsin Blaze, MN Fighting Saints, Team Breakaway, OS Selects, GreenBay Jr. Gamblers, MN Legacy, MN Edge, Wisconsin Attack, MN Magicians, Manitoba Lightning, Torspo, Dragons, Team Acceleration, MN Ice Cats, Sth.Metro Grizzlies, Wisconsin Blizzard, Skate To Excellence, Team Hockey Training Center, Snipers, Team Milwaukee, Winnipeg Jr. Jets, Lake Superior Stars, The Pond, Team RBK, Team HighMark, Ice Edge, MN Ice Cougars, MN Rockets and MN Icemen.

A total of 139 teams will be participating in this years tournament - 21 spots are available and details are below:

well run for a 1st year trny no doubt, more emphasis should be on the time of play. A pre 8:00 am start for bracket play is a little unecessary. Remember Maple Grove et al is not yesterdays suburb.
And to call yourself elite you should at least have something for winning the championship. While not the end all, if does make a difference to have some acknowledgement after a teams handshake rather then a box from the scorekeeper.
