Man, I expected No Dak to beat the Rodents but not by a six-pack!

They're in some kind of rhythm. Eidsness has been phenominal down the stretch. After the 8-1 beatdown on SCSU, they've got some big time confidence. Stick a fork in Minnesota.

Minn - 4
UND - 2 eng

Actual quotes:

"Cepis with a huge dive
Embarrassing.
MINNESOTA GOAL"

"I have just witnessed the worst call I have ever seen in my life.
Brett Hextall has just been penalized for being punched three times.
Hextall took three shots to the face"

"I don't care who reads this in the league office. This officiating is a disgrace.
In fact, I hope they read it."

"Cepis draws another
I hope Cepis is ok. He sure went down hard. This is really embarrassing for the officials. Cepis dives again.
MINNESOTA GOAL
Cepis
Lovely."

Wow. Speechless. It was a rough one to watch. Cepis dove twice, and the Goofs scored both times. Tomorrow night will be interesting. Word is, new refs will be requested. The WCHA needs the Gophers down at the X and the refs did their part tonight.

I was flipping between FSSN and FSN and even Wooger couldn't believe that call.

Will all the Final 5 games be shown again this year even if the Gophers arent in it?

Yes. FSN North.

All the games are still anticipated to be sold out. Thursday's game will be for certain, as well as the Wis/SCSU match-up.

I think this is the most talented field in the history of the final five tournament. All teams are nationally ranked. Should be a fun weekend. I'm predicting a Denver vs. Wisconsin championship game with Wisconsin winning and St. Cloud state gets the win in the third place game over UND.

Thinking same thing about teams involved. As sad as it is, I am thrilled the Gophers are not in it...

Thu:
UND 4, UMD 2 eng
UND was 3-1 against UMD. In the only loss, they led 2-0 in the third at UMD and lost in OT.

Fri:
Wisconsin 5, St. Cloud State 3
SCSU isn't falling apart down the stretch, but they aren't playing their best hockey. They struggled the last two weekends against Mankato; not good.

Denver 3, UND 2 (OT)
The Pioneers have UND's number this season. All games have been close though. The games in Denver were extremely close 1-0, 4-3. The games in GF were also close: 2-0 (Denver scored both goals in the opening 5 mins), 4-2 (UND led 2-0 mid 2nd). I like Denver in OT.

Sat:
UND 2, SCSU 1
The teams split 2-2. UND dominated all four games. The last meeting was a 8-1 beatdown. BUT....this game will mean absolutely nothing. So it really could go either way.

Wisconsin 3, Denver 2 (2OT)
The game won't mean anything in the Pairwise, but the trophy is on the line. In my opinion, these are the two best teams in the country. Should be a classic.

Shots: 25-10 UND

Duluth went over 10 minutes without a shot in the 2nd. Reiter continues to play well. He made an incredible kick save on Hextall that went unnoticed. He's been the difference.

SCSU - 2
UND - 0

14min 1st

Wow, what a start for SCSU. Raboin (Detroit Lakes) and Eddy (Woodbury) with the goals.
The Sioux have bounced back and are starting to outplay SCSU like they have all season. But it hasn't always turned into results (2-2).
