Should Minnesota Youth Hockey have AA, A, B, and C levels of competition?

No, maybe a little tweaking and enforcement of current levels

I'd be interested in just how you would "Tweak" it? As it sits now, It's a pretty tough spread for towns/associations who choose to play "A" level of say a Population base of 5000-25000 to compete against associations of Population bases of 100,000 plus who only field ONE A team?

It seems pretty simple to me as this is how the MSHSL classes schools.

There's always exceptions to the rule regarding strengths of programs...
but wouldn't it make a little more sense to have some similarity in population bases now that the Residency thing is being watched a little more?...

Just curious.

No, if the program is good enough they should have one team (they could call it the AA team) go play Shattuck and go play elite tournaments in Michigan, Canada, New york, etc.
