I would suspect Tonka will move along just as well as Edina did when Zach Buddish didn't play last year, and they will be fine. It may even make this team better come crunch time, and if he is back by mid-Feb, Gardiner will be hungry and full of emotion

His name is Gardiner Always hate to see players get injured. Hope he will heal and be OK for the future.

Tonight against Edina will be a good test for Tonka. They'll be thrown into the fire right away and it will hopefully force them to figure out sooner rather than later what type of lineup adjustments they'll have to make to account for the loss. This is especially important given their schedule doesn't get any easier (Stillwater, EP, AHA for staters coming up). And if Kruger steps it up they should be just fine.

The 4 division championship games at the X are on Friday. The X is not available the next 2 days. The US Womens Olympic team plays Canada tonight and the Wild are home tomorrow night.
