Grand Rapids -
the other three, Virginia, Hibbing and International Falls could contend at regions if they have some unexpectd players come forward to give them more depth.

I would take Virginia as the darkhorse.

yeah i know that rapids will be good like always. this team they have this year is the team that took second in state in peewee A's 2 years ago. and i heard virginia only had like 25 kids try out because of lots of their GOOD players moving up to varsity and JV. maybe falls or hibbing might surprise us though.. we'll see

I doubt Hibbing will surprise. Lost 7-2 to Hermantown.

Hibbing

Hibbing was still in the try-out process against Hermantown and this was just a scrimmage. Hibbing beat Duluth Lakers 5-2, Hermantown beat Duluth Lakers 3-0. Hibbing will be solid.
