St Paul Easts Mite Jamboree was one of the most fun mite experiences my kids ever had. The link on the Johnson web site was broken but I know they still do it. It is outdoors at Phalen park, they now have one traditional sheet and one outdoor refrigerated sheet. It was fun to bundle up the kids and do some old time hockey on the east side.
They did a great job of making it fun for the kids and there was a good mix from rec and c level up to advanced mites. They play through snow and "tape up the ear hole" temps. I would highly recomend it.
