Champlin might be a average JGB team. And the reason you probably played bad against lakeville is because you didn't know how to handle that talent. Lakeville knows how to move the puck well, they have great skill, and they probably just shut you down. And by saying you are capable of beating lakeville is a bunch of crap. Lakeville could stick with an average A team in my opinion. So you are now saying that you could beat the average A team. That is a bunch of garbage. If think you can actually do well in state for JGB.. quit bein a bunch of PLEASE BAN ME and come play JGB
So if I understand you guys, in a best of 7 series Champlin would go 0-4 against Lakeville? I doubt that, Champlin would win 1 of the 4, we would could never beat Lakeville in a best of 7.
I don't know if you looked at Champlin's overall record, it was 34-2-2, the 2 losses were to Lakeville and high school team from Wisconsin. The ties were in league play when the flu was going through the team and the coach was experimenting with different lines. We beat the 2nd place team 4 times by average score of 4-1. The team coasted alot in 3rd periods and never started games fast.
We started slow against Lakeville and were experimenting with lines and I doubt Lakeville coasted after the 1st period of that game because it was a 1 goal game in the 3rd for a while.

Why don't you fill your B team with all this talent before U16? Teams are supposed to fill their A, then their B, then U16. Sounds like you went A, U16, and B.playmaker wrote:So if I understand you guys, in a best of 7 series Champlin would go 0-4 against Lakeville? Teams like Champlin and Centennial (correct me if I'm wrong) Pick their U16 teams before their JGB teams. Number 13 had a hat trick in the first period. What does that tell you. Number 13 is a man amongst boys in JGB, against a U16 he'd be a man amongst kids. don't talk about all this crap the flu was going through the team, new lines, yada yada yada, who's to say it wasn't going through the 2nd place team you played 4 times?
