Good for Sova, that's impressive. I have been critical of his game before. However, I have always admired his work ethic, his size and he has a good shot. His D partner from Hill Dolan isn't doing quite as well at Sioux Falls. I think both could earn D1 scholarships eventually.

Being so "close to the team" as you are sackofcheese, I would think you would be on top of this a little better.sachishi4 wrote:No, you are wrong. check your dates buddycaptaincrunch wrote:yler ZepedaForward

Tyler played those 3 games BEFORE the high school season and has yet to play in any after the high school season. Some fan you are sackofcheese.

Sova
What a shame the Gophers did not take a look at Dan Sova. Second coming of Matt Demarchi. That kids a mean 'som buck' on the ice. Rodents need a kid like that roaming the blueline. All those finesse boys do not cut it. Rodents loss is Tech gain.

glad to hear he is going to be getting better. Hopefully it won't affect his wheels too much.pioneers wrote:Tyler had surgery to repair the torn Labrum in his hip that he suffered during his junior year and played with his entire senior season. He will have a lengthy recovery period. He will be playing for Waterloo next season.

Re: Sova
Overshadowed by his teammates and probably not good enough to play for the gophers in all honesty.northwoods oldtimer wrote:What a shame the Gophers did not take a look at Dan Sova.
