It was a well deserved championship for Eden Prairie. Props also to Lee Smith.

Moorhead fought hard and went farther than most thought they would, so let's congratulate them as well.

Congrats to both teams! For that matter, to all sixteen teams for yet another entertaining state tournament. This is still the premiere high school tournament in the country, I think.

Dude, really? They clearly made the correct call after the replay. You can't really argue with that kind of goalie interference. Congrats EP

Moorhead should be congraduated for beating the "super" edina team. That was a great win to eliminate and Edina spot in the championship game, but EP played their typical game and clearing were the dominate team in the finals. Thanks to Moorhead in elminating Edina. It all about winning six games from sections to state and EP was consistant enough to get it done. I think they were 18-0 in the past 18 games. Last loss was early in January to Edina in a 2-1 OT game. EP got it done when it counts.

Also must congratulate EP for having the highest overall GPA out of any team in the tournament also making them the academic state champions or whatever they call it.
EP two out of three.
