Wanna bet? These 2 might be the best games played all year in the State, probably better than the State Tourney games and I have no doubt Mariucci will be Standing Room only.Roseauverrated wrote:Haha guys this isn't an NHL game, seats are general admission, I'm sure you won't have any trouble getting a ticket even if you walk in past 7...you'll just have to wait in a long line. I also doubt people will be scalping tickets outside.
Definitly, I am getting my tickets tomorrow. I am pumped for thursday.GopherHockeyRube wrote:Wanna bet? I guarantee if these two games were played at the X. For a section final, they would be sold out. Last year the Edina Burnsville game was completely full and the only reason the tonka and benilde wasn’t; is because they couldn’t hand out tickets fast enough. These two games may be the best games in march (which is unfortunate). Should be a great atmosphere. I Cant wait till thusday.GopherHockeyRube wrote:Wanna bet? Don't hate STA. I wouldn't want to lose either.
Yes anyone can - there didn't appear to be a limit when I bought ours - 6 adult and 3 student.spartanfire13 wrote:Can anyone buy these tickets? Also is there a limit on how many you can buy?HockeyMN1 wrote:OK officially tickets are going on sale at EP on Wednesday from 7:30am to 4pm and Thursday from 7:30am to 1pm at the Activity Center by the north doors at the high school. $8 adults/$6 students.
Yea I bought mine at about 8 this morning at EP and they had a LOT of tickets, so I doubt there is a limit.gitter wrote:Yes anyone can - there didn't appear to be a limit when I bought ours - 6 adult and 3 student.spartanfire13 wrote:Can anyone buy these tickets? I'm heaing each school recieved 2000 student and 1000 adult tickets. I'm hearing Jefferson is close to selling out their allotment. Even though the area holds about 10,000 I'm told the 12,000 allotment of tickets is out there because people will leave after game 1. There is alot if interest in this event, I bet it will be close to a sellout. It should be a great time for all.

I just got back from Jefferson and got my tickets. They told me the same thing, ticket sales are almost out and they will stop selling at 3PM. I called Edina beforehand and they said they Were already sold out of their allotment.buttend wrote:HockeyMN1 wrote:Don't know about a limit but I think everyone can buy them.spartanfire13 wrote: Can anyone buy these tickets? Minnetonka still selling until 10am tomorrow in the Pagel Activities Center.

as for tickets, last year me and my dad went to the section final game between benilde and Tonka, we showed up at 530 or so and got tickets and good seats. The wait in line, wasn't that bad either probably five mins or so. Not sure about how many tickets you can get, probably five or six or something like that.

Anyone know what the announced attendance was? We got in line exactly 35 minutes before game time, and when we got to our seats there were just 6 minutes to go in the first period. So it was 45 minutes waiting in line and about 5 minutes to find a pair of seats. For those getting there 10-15 minutes later, they probably could not find an open pair and would have missed the whole first period. I understand the ticket office opened up 15 minutes late (around 5:15)? Then they only had 3 windows open?
They need to do a much better job with this next year...

I never heard the official attendance, but my guess is, between 11,000 and 13,000. (Which was about 3000 people over the limit) That’s when the first game was coming to an end and the second game was going to start.MNHockeyFan wrote:Anyone know what the announced attendance was? I agree, they have to find a better way of doing things next year. During the crossover I was sitting in my seat and people were falling onto me because people were trying to go up the aisle and others were trying to go down. They need to find a bigger of a better venue for next year.
