.... as to why I have harped so much on this board of my affection and respect for Zach Hoffman, of the Bears.. The guy is vocal.. He lends humor... He works his ass off.. He plays physical... I can't imagine, statistically, where he would be right now if he had a healthy body.
I have cried wishing more players followed his example of his tough style of play. Yes, he takes penalties, but as I have stated... they're roughing, boarding - aggressive penalties... not the hooking, holding or tripping from being lazy.
