The IRC gets into full swing tonight. Grand Rapids heads to Virginia to dual with the highly offensive minded Blue Devils. Hibbing heads to Hodgkins-Berrardo Arena to play the lowly Greenway Raiders. Eveleth and I'Falls also square off tonight. I'Falls was trampled by Hibbing 8-0 already this year i the only IRC game that has been played. Look for Grand Rapids, Hibbing, and Eveleth all to pick up wins tonight. Interesting thing to watch: How can Greenway rebound after two crushing home loses to start the season. Top Game: The high powered VMIB Blue Devils (9th ranked in A) and the good starting Grand Rapids Thunderhawks (11th ranked in AA)

Re: IRC
I'll take Hibbing, I Falls and Virginia as winners tonight. Hibbing / Greenway is a no brainer. I Falls has some young players with some skill, Eveleth's best players are hurt or ineligible. Virginia - GR is really a toss up. GR has played tougher competition than Virginia so pace may be an issue but I think blue will prevail at home.

hey- ease up
yeah- i'd have to agree with the thunderchickens over virginia, and eveleth over i-falls, and..not to betray GHS, but hibbing will probably come up with the win also.. Now, the raiders did get crushed their first two games- however, they were playin city teams. With the team we have this year, we just can't compete with the big boys...especially when we don't even have enough players for a separate j.v. team.

Neways- stranger things have happened and ya just never know-

I'm waitin for fridays game

Eveleth Players
Loneranger22, who all do you know that is out for the Golden Bears? I know Brodie Cundy is making his return to the ice tonight for the Bears. I know he is ready to go for sure. Watch for Rice Bone and Cundy to put up some points tonight.

Eveleth Players
Sorry for inaccurate post...I wasn't aware that Brody was back from his injury. I'm happy for him and the team. The other players are Sandstrom and Mauslof (sp?).

Last nights winners...Hibbing, Virginia, I Falls. I think someone on this thread predicted this!!!!

Re: Eveleth Players
I forgot that Mausolf was out with that injury. I think he will be back in a couple weeks. I knew sandstrom was out and I think he will be back late december or sometime in January. I think that once everyone is healthy then they will be a good hockey team...What do you all think?
