No I wouldn't say that it was a upset. EP beat Cent. in the Roseau tourney 5-2 a couple weeks ago as well..

Wow! Hats off to Woodbury! What a upset
Douglas, I personally wouldn't say woodbury upset elk river, anytime you have 2 teams ranked in the top 10, they can go back and forth for the win.

Plus in last nights game you had atleast 8 power plays and almost a full 2:00 minute 5 on 3.......that you didn't score on....

If you guys were such "Men" you wouldn't be 5th place in D6. I did like Chaska - but don't be ripping on the EP team like you that domiant all of a sudden. You had a good game and beat us 3-1 with 8-10 power plays. I am proud of ya..

Sorry Superstar, while I agree that it wasn't right to rip on the Eagles, powerplays were 5-3 in favor of the Hawks who scored on 2 compared to zero by EP. Shots were 2-1 in favor of the Hawks, and if it wasn't for a great performance by the goalie (congrats on his play) and a goal disallowed, it would not have been close.

My second time seeing the Hawks this year, can't figure out what went wrong in the first half of the season, but it looks like they are primed for another playoff run

Dzone - Thank you for the info....I have sinced 'calmed" down since my rant this morning. Hey - I like your team..Big, fast and talented. - Nice combo.

But we had atleast 8 penalities - We didn't even get a Happy Meal point, so I know we had around 8-10.. ..Anyways, I am just sticking up for the Eagle Nation baby, thats all.

Can't blame him for EP Pride. Nothing wrong with that. I like both teams and Chaska seems to be bringing it as of late.

Superstar.... Like that you stuck to your guns and acknowledged you were a little over the edge but it was because of Pride.

These rankings are brutal! They miss scores, have wrong scores and don't report on some games. I have emailed changes to ours and they never get made. If your going to produce something like that you better do it right. I'll stick to LPH Rankings!
I like the My Hockey website, but, there are numerous scores missing. For example - Woodbury:

Posted Record:
17 W 9 L 3 T

Missing scores

T 2-2 20081026 WBL Scrimmage
W 6-3 20081026 Prior Lake Scrimmage
L 3-2 20081114 Hudson League
W 9-0 20081115 Red Wing League
W 5-4 20081130 WBL EP Tourn.
W 8-2 20081206 Red Wing League
L 3-2 20081213 Centennial Scrimmage
W 2-1 20090105 Hastings League
W 7-2 20090110 Farmington League
T 4-4 20090113 Blaine Scrimmage
W 6-3 20090128 Eagan League
W 5-2 20090130 Hibbing Scrimmage
W 2-1 20090131 Grand Rapids Scrimmage
W 6-3 20090202 Inver GH League
W 5-2 20090205 Elk River WBL Tourn.

Wrong Score
W 3-1 20090206 Eden Prairie WBL Tourn.

That would have to be intentional. Those rankings are right on for every team. If not, they fix it upon notification. They get the scores from a District contact and Association and District Web sites. Some associations have game limits so the coach, or manager, may not be reporting properly. Or, the manager isn't keeping the Web site up to date.

Also, there isn't anything called a scrimmage anymore. If there are refs, a clock, and the score is kept, it's a game.
