You need higher end 97ers? Do you want ones that are already spoken for in AAA or players looking for a spot to play..

In my opinion at this time this a tough age group to rank - you can have PeeWee A's, Peewee B's and Squirt A's to sort out. Sorry to any Sq. B's but even in the large assoc. a 97 has to be playing sq. A's this year to be high end. In smaller areas its not hard to find 2-3 97's playing Peewee A's , but I think metro teams would be hard pressed to find a 97 on the roster and if they are, playing substantially. This summer AAA season the 97's that played peewee's will stand out early, with having played 35+ games w/ contact & against the best remaining 95's & 96's in peewee's. You would need to be specific on what/why your looking. Find a 97 playing 1st line, power play/penalty kill - you have something there - also they are already committed to a AAA team, or not willing to give up summer sports to play AAA hockey. good luck.
