Sandelin was looking at players from northern minnesota?!
Well he will have at least 3 players from Duluth next year, if not more.

Has anyone heard anything about Joe Arbour? Always thought he would be a D-1 recruit since he made varsity as a frosh.
Go Hounds.

Breck's Rehkamp & Anoka's Scott were strong Elite players this fall. Blaine's Frischmon is back from broken leg during elite season and looking strong.

Can anybody tell me more about Riley Horgan? He's averaging 2.79 points a game, but only a 1.00 average against Denfield, Hermantown, Minnetonka, and Warroad. How would you rank him against a soft schedule stud like Benik (4.41 ppg)? How about a known quantity like Zepeda (1.73 ppg)? Please try to keep the comments civil.

Riley is a good hockey player. He's not surrounded by a whole lot of developed talent. His center went down so he's been w/o a running mate for a while. He moves extremely well and can put the puck in the net. I'd say those games he hasnt put up much would be the result of his whole team being dominated, its hard to produce when you're in your own zone the whole game. Anyways I heard a rumor he's looking DIII as opposed to playing Jr. Who knows, things can change. Check him out if you get a chance, he's a fun kid to watch play.

Zach Palmquist from SSP is getting some offers and is ranked in the mid season NHL Draft list. Great skill with good vision of the ice and can skate like no other.

I’m a Mound guy and I’ve seen Riley play quite a bit. (his ppg is now over 3.0) MnGopherFan is pretty accurate. The center that went down was decent and those two worked very well together. Riley doesn’t see as much ice time against weaker teams (the rest of the team needs the work). However Mound does play a fair number of top teams and against the better teams he logs a lot of minutes and it is very rare that he is not the best player on the ice. Some of the best hands I’ve seen and outstanding vision. He has over 150 career points and he missed about half of last season (plus a lot of the summer) with an injury. Give him someone to pass to and he may have been a 200+ player.
