I think what lucia said is perfectly ok. If a school is going to pay for your college to play hockey there students can choose to respect that and use their time wisely training for hockey or risk their free college and future playing a game that they will not go any further in.
If a student is trying to decide between two sports or plans on playing two sports in college I understand why the student would want to play both. However the student has to realize the commitment not only the hockey program but the school is putting towards the students. he should respect the scholarship the college is granting him.
