Top 25
Ok, so i know LPH ranks the top 20 teams for Bantams but i was wondering about the top 25. That may include some good teams and i was just curious to see what you think about the top 25 Bantam B1 teams in the state of minnesota. Thank you.

'i think Edina Green should be lower than 4. They BARELY beat Rochester 5-3 (Empty netter) Rochester worked em in the second but they caught a break with a 2 on 1 and put it in to go up 4-3 with 3 minutes left. From there on Rochester played with an empty net until they iced one in. Rochester deserves some recognition

Danglez,
Here is the deal on how rankings work. Teams that WIN consistently - despite adversity, injuries, bad officiating, etc. - get ranked.
Teams that play ranked teams close but lose....don't get ranked.
Perhaps Edina wasn't 'pumped up' for your game, perhaps their top scorer was ill with the flu, perhaps, perhaps....the fact is they won and the score, whether it was 10-0, or 5-3, doesn't make a difference. They got the deal done. Another one in the win column.
These boards are filled with players wanting respect for their team when it comes down to rankings because they played a top 20 team close. You earn that respect through WINNING against the big ones, not playing them close.
Edina Green, for example, is 15-1-2 with half of their victories over top ranked teams. How many victories does your team have over top 20 teams? How many losses? This is how rankings work.
ADVICE: Bear down. Win 50% of your games against top 20 teams; and you will be ranked. Do not show up at the rink hoping to be close as you are wasting your time...win. Its as easy as that. Now go keep on winning.
