Duluth East Hockey Fan, Your boys are cream of the crop in the northland for sure. Very nice 3 lines, solid D and very good goaltending. Hope GR can take you when it counts but it will be a tall order for Bemidji, Roseau, Rapids and Hermantown to knock you guys off come tournament time. Enjoyed watching a good game Sunday night in GR.

District 6

Tonka 7
EP 2

Tonka looked solid despite losing 3 to high school. Looked like EP had a really, really off night. They're capable of playing much better.

Apple Valley 5
Edina 4
Apple Valley looked sluggish with the exception of a few players but Edina did not capitalize on it.

Apple Valley is good this year. This same group got 2nd in state as PWA's. Edina PWA was weaker two yrs ago also.

Apple Valley 6
Burnsville 1
Apple Valley dominated the first period taking a 4-0 lead. The momentum shifted to burnsville's side during the second period but they were only able to put one in. Valley picked it up in the third period and got two.

Bville had a tough time finding the back of the net tonight, couldn't catch a break. they had lots of bad bounces all night. Good game by AV.

B'ville and AV have played a second league game against each other already? How many league losses does B'Ville have? If I am correct in the two games AV has outscored B'Ville 10-1 ! That is impressive, if Burnsville is as good as their record indicated.

Burnsville has only two league losses, both to AV.

roseville's top line 3,10,17 has to be the one of the best in the state. big, strong, physical, and they bury the puck. they have it all. roseville is force to be reckoned with this season.

Roseville has a few players that are real standouts. Very fun to watch those kids.

Mpls/Park 6
Rosemount 2
Mpls had only 11 skaters but still dominated every aspect of the game Rosemounts goalie kept them in it. If Mpls hadn't got so many penlties in the third the score could have easily been double didgets
