varsity/jv goalies?

if a high school has 4 or 5 goalies do they always put the top two on varsity?[/b]

well most likey yes they do but some schools dont

Well say the team has a young sophmore goaltender but not quite good enough to beat out the senior. Then they will mostly likely put the sophmore on JV so they dont sit on the bench all year and continue to devolop.

schools now will put a senior on the varsity bench all year to ride pine and let the younger goalies develup on JV.

who do you play against a weak opponet then?..
the backup senior...
or give the young guy experiance?
