Nov. 7-8 Robert Morris @ St. Cloud State

Post by Zamboni Guy »

On Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th the CHA's Robert Morris Colonials (2-3-2 overall, 1-0-1 CHA) will make the trip to St. Cloud, Minnesota to take on the WCHA's St. Cloud State University Huskies (3-4-0 overall, 0-3-0 WCHA) at the National Hockey Center.

The Colonials are coming off of a 3 point weekend against the University of Alabama-Huntsville while the Huskies are coming off of a one game 5-1 loss at the hands of the University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs last Saturday in the opening game of the Minnesota College Hockey Showcase at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This should be a good weekend for the Huskies to get back on track and hopefully get their young players some some much needed experience.

Thoughts or predictions on this match-up?

I really don't know much how Robert Morris, but from records and such, SCSU should be able to handle them pretty well. I really think SCSU needs to dominate these two games, and get something rolling.

It's hard not to think that St. Cloud should sweep these games, especially at home. I'll go
St. Cloud - 4
Robert Morris - 2
and
St. Cloud - 5
Robert Morris - 2

The same two teams will face off again Saturday night at the National Hockey Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
