Oct 24-25 Alaska-Anchorage vs. Minnesota-Duluth

Post by Zamboni Guy »

On Friday, October 24th the University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs will make the long trip up the land where you can see Russia from the front steps as they face off against the University of Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves. The Bulldogs are coming off of a sweep of CCHA's Western Michigan University Broncos at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center last weekend while the Seawolves took a pair of games against the University of Maine and Mercyhurst College in the Alaska Goal Rush Tournament last weekend.

Thoughts or predictions on how these two teams will fare in their first WCHA action of 2008-2009?

UAA is off to a decent start, so I like them to steal one.

Rough weekend for Minnesota-Duluth up in Alaska. Exactly 0 of the great hockey minds on this "bored" thought UAA was going to come out of the series with 3 points. I guess that's the beauty of playing in the WCHA...
