Not that you guys care but it's $3.39 here in Maine. What I can't understand is why it is so much more here than in the midwest? It doesn't have to travel as far to get here-what's up with that?????

Our state is not as dark blue as yours. See California prices for darkest blue....

If you want to see prices drop further and faster shop for the lowest price and buy there....it's the same principle that drives the price up faster when oil goes up.
2.69 in Rogers today.

Well that's great, but the trade off is that you'd actually have to stop in Rogers. I mean, that's a pretty high price to pay... for paying a low price. :D

But the upside is after you fill up, you can try the Royal burger at the Rogers/Becker football game tonight ! :D

I'm sure if it's 2.69 in Rogers... ER and Anoka are probably .10-.15 ¢ /gal cheaper.

Too bad this drop coincides with the stock market tanking.

Two more price drops have brought the M&H in Duluth price down to $2.91.

Cloquet is now at $2.71... I don't know why Duluth is always higher.

I think it's because it's served on tap at UMD games... Prices are always higher for drinks at sporting events.

What I've been told is that the stations in Cloquet typically have lower prices in order to stay competitive with station(s) on the FDL Reservation. I'm not close enough to the situation to know if there's any truth to that idea...

All I know is that whenever I'm hauling the bike up to Carlton to use the Munger Trail, I'll usually stop at the Spur station at the Chub Lake Rd intersection and fill up. Is Carlton cheaper than Cloquet? They're usually a few cents cheaper than the Holiday in Scanlon.
