The Vikings will get killed tonight.

The Super Bowl talk will end soon as they stumble to an 8-8,9-7 record and out of the playoffs again.

Man, did I blow that. Make it 6-10, at best.

Don't feel to bad PB there were some sports guys that were saying the Super Bowl this year....
They are terribly coached....
Nice job by the O-line huh? that Cook is garbage and he can drive Chilly's bus out of town anytime now.
And as usual the D backs we're phenomenal.....you can't give a 7 yrd cushion when they only need 7 yrds for a 1st down...they are horrible.
Oh yeah............!!!!
Catch the BOOFIN BALL!!

Typical PB chicken little talk....

Its the same old same old. Horse crap offense and a leaky pass defense with very little pressure on the QB. Nothing has changed.

The coaching is odd to say the least. Down 2 scores with 2 minutes to play and he punts. Very, very different.

This franchise is the most undeserving recipient of support and loyalty since the Chicago Cubs.

They have never won a championship. Their glory years are linked to 4 embarrassing Super Bowl losses, the last of which was over 30 boofin years ago.

Yah gotta be kiddin me.

The only reason I'd go to to one of their game is to boo.

1-3 and only 1 game out of 1st place.

That whole division is bad. A 6-10 record might win it.

I wish that was the way it is Dman but its not. Take a look at the sports page today in the Red Star. Its full of Viking garbage about how McKinnie is going to try to behave and how their big free gaent WR is going to finally, maybe catch a TD pass.

This town is way to in love with their Vikings.

Its a franchise that has been embarrased 4 times in the Super Bowl without ever winning. Many of its fans are afraid that they might make another one and be humiliated again. But no need to worry, they havent been back in 30 boofin years.

If noboby showed up or those that did booed their hearts out, maybe we could see some change. But they continue to be the talk of the town with one sellout crowd after another. I guess we love a loser.

If, no when, they lose to the Saints, fire the coach and get some body in here who can run a football team.

They have alot of talent. Teams with below average QBs are winning.

They look poorly coaches.

PB, Vikings have always ruled here, you are correct. I love them too. I am very frustrated w/ this team, more so than some of the past teams, as I had a higher level of expectation this year. I bought into the development of Jackson. I bought into Berrian extending the field to allow AP to do his thing even better. I bought into the addition of Allen to keep QB's from tearing our secondary apart. I bought into Chilly's "kick ass" west coast offense.
I'm done with all of it.
Last Sunday, I chose to not go to my 10th grade daughters 4 on 4 fall league game, and then also chose not to go help coach my U12 daughters fall camp practice later in the afternoon. All because I wanted to watch my first whole Viking's game on the tube. I will never do that again.

Should Chilly and Vikes lose on Monday night, Wilf should man-up and make an easy decision to go another direction w/ the coach on this team. An interim coach would be fine to play out the season. Then, go get Cowher from CBS... :!:

I agree with finding an interim and going for Cowher afterwards. I don't think this team would be 4-0 with Favre with how bad the Childress play calling. It's a joke. Fire him if they go 1-4, with how mediocre the NFC is, especially the North Division, there will still be time to save the season. A new coach would help save it.

Heck no! think of the potential new material we'll get, watching Chilly self destruct on national TV.

Besides isn't (I'll kick your arse to the 3rd degree) Mckinney back tonight?
That alone will provide great fodder.
But yeah if your looking for good Vikings football?? you do have a better chance on TBS
