I think Judd Peterson (Duluth Lakers A Bantam) made it as one of the forwards.

bantams

Post by my2cents »

A list of who may have a big impact at Varsity from Bantams can be as much dependant on the school's program. It's harder to break in as a sophmore at Edina than at Virginia. Most on the aforementioned Select 15 lists will take 2 years or more (if ever) to be impact players.

Some that I see with Varsity potential for next year:

Hall and Duininck (St Cloud Tech both F or D)
Lanuoe: (Moose Lake G)
Larsen: (Centennial G)
DeCenzo: (Hibbing)
Carlson: (MG F)
Sit: (Edina F)
Carlson: (Anoka D)
Meyer: (Duluth E. F)
LaBlanc: (Hermantown D)
McCarten and Rau: (EP F)
Jones: (Wayzata D)
VanVorhuis: (Edina D)

What does it matter for Duluth East don't they have an all star SENIOR that moved from brainerd to Duluth east this year? They won't need any bantams to step in.

Nate Trump goalie for Hibbing. Hibbing graduated alot of there goalies or might even have been all of them. and this kid is very quick and plays with great confidence.

McCarten has not picked up on the varsity speed of play. He seem lost in the currenty varity play.
