Jeff Dubay

Okay, the high school board has the Kevin Gorg bashers. What say you about Gorg's college hockey alter-ego, Jeff Dubay?

I think Jeff does a nice job. He is knowledgable, and is well spoken. However, he might be better suited for the print media.
What's with the ill-fitting suits? His collar is never laying flat on his neck, and his jacket sleeves always seem more than a tad short.
The voice can grate on you, as well.

He's a fitting partner to Frank Mazzaco's curiously bad toupee  , and Wooger's bumblings and stumblings :-k , though.

I like these guys. They have character. They're a bit quirky, and may resemble a VERY small town's news crew, but they are the face of U of M hockey broadcasts. As long as U of M hockey is on the air, I really don't care who they throw out there...... \:D/

He's a riot, gives an honest opinion. Did you see his pregame piece last night?

As for Wooger, better this year then last.

Loved the post game explanation of the rules with Gorg, I hope kids dont go to the rink today and show there buddies what they learned from Gorg. Maybe someone will get hurt demonstrating the Gorg crosscheck. That spot was pretty ridiculous and does nothing for the sport of hockey.

I agree that was a pretty weak attempt at humor. Gorg should stick to playing it straight.

Dubay, to me, is a weak at best.

I was actually shocked that Gorg could find someone shorter than he, to bully around. Gorg's biggest problem may be that he seems to believe he is far more humorous than he actually is.
Still, I'd stick with him. He IS mildly entertaining...............just in a rather cheesy, goofball-ish, kinda way. :-s

As a SCSU fan I can't stand Dubay and his biased opinions but it was funny to see him wearing a husky tie
If you only knew the power of the dark side!

I always liked puffy on kfan, but once they put him on tv, omg, he's horrible, stiff, talking 100 mph, not knowing where to look, fake smile because someone's telling he needs to loosen up and smile more. He's definately knowledgeable but as someone else said, better suited for media other than TV.
